Free Return and Exchange
Nencini Sport allows for contextual exchange or return of purchased merchandise at no additional cost to the buyer.
Conditions of exchange and return:
- The merchandise must not be broken/deteriorated and in any case, must not show signs of wear and tear caused by use.
- In case of material provided with special packaging (envelope/box etc.), such packaging must be used to re-enter the goods.
- In case of food products (bottles, jars, pouches, etc.) must not have been opened.
- No more than 30 days must have passed since the date of receipt of the goods.
- In the case of products with the supplier’s labels/tags, they must not be removed or damaged.
If the goods meet the above regulations, you must contact our Customer Service at [email protected] to make the exchange, communicating the references of your order, the items to be exchanged, the address, the date, and any time preferences, in order to make the pickup of the goods to be exchanged. The courier who will make the exchange will simultaneously deliver and pick up the package at the agreed-upon address.
N.B. For all orders with customization, there is no cash on delivery, exchange of goods, and right of withdrawal.
