Do you ship internationally?

SwimOutlet ships to most countries worldwide. International packages are shipped via Passport Shipping. For orders to the UK & EU, Passport will be the Seller of Record for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.
All international packages arrive Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
Transit times are typically 8-14 business days.

An item is missing from my shipment.

If you have ordered an item which ships from another location (custom items and deck equipment are two common examples) it will be shipped separately. Some large/heavy items may also ship separately. Please check your order confirmation to confirm if your order will be arriving in multiple shipments.

You may also track the status of your order through the Account page. If all of your items shipped from our fulfillment center and what you have received does not match your packing list, please contact their customer service center so that they may assist you.

Return Policy

They want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. SwimOutlet.com will gladly accept returns on eligible items* in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included within 30 days of the order shipment date for a full refund or eGift Card at your discretion. A return fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund upon processing. If you opt to receive an eGift Card for your return, they will waive return fees! Shipping fees** and gift wrapping on your initial order are non-refundable.
